I cannot get into my laptop after updates. I get the screen saver, but when I go to click past to put my pin in , I get a black screen! Can you help me please? I have no options to do anything!

Can someone please help? After updates I cannot access my sign in page to open my laptop. I have the screen saver, but when I click to put my pin in I get a black page. I have no options to access anything!
