I am having audio issues.

Hey yall, as the title says I have an audio issue.Basically what is happening is, every 10 to 30 seconds the audio cuts out for about 1 second crackles then comes back.I have tried reinstalling drivers but, nothing seems to work.My pc has some USB speakers. and a blue tooth headset and both are receiving this issue.
