Windows 11 pro - What causes folders to automatically close and extensions to reset all the time, There are no viruses or Makware on this system ?

Windows 11 pro - What causes folders to automatically close ?And extensions to reset all the time ? I have used Plenty of Antivirus and malware software, But Not of course all at once.There are no viruses or Malware on this system ?So what could it be ?
