My built-in Realtek microphone on my laptop is picking up all desktop audio

I have a Legion 5 Lenovo laptop, and my mic picks up all the audio from my games and applications and such. I tried:* Updating to old driver* Stereo mix is off* Listen to this device is off* Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device is offWhat do I try? If it's a hardware problem, is that something a warranty can fix?If it's helpful, I am also connected to a monitor with an HDMI, and have both Realtek and NVIDIA High Definition Audio speakers installed, but the NVIDIA speakers don't seem to make any sound when I test it.
