I am an adult over 70 years old. Somehow my birthdate in my profile is listed as 2022 which you colleagues in Office 365 are NOT able to fix. Can you help?

I purchased my Surface Laptop and a 15mo subscription to MS Office 365 at Microcenter in Cleveland OH in 2023. I had them install and setup my computer. Somehow my birth date was entered incorrectly. Now when I try to renew my subscription it will NOT allow me. I have been on other chats for well over 3 hours without success. The last agent referred me to you since apparently I am registered as a CHILD. I have an MS account and I can log into this account without any issues.
