I believe my pc may have been compromised yet I'm not certain as Defender and MalwareBytes has not directly found anything.

As I stated above I think my pc may be infected but I'm nowhere near being tech savvy enough to confirm my suspicions. I can't actively catch any programs in task manager. (Though besides the ones I've personally installed, I have to look up every other one to know what they are or do for the most part) My suspicions are mostly due to 1. Random command prompt appearing then disappearing2. Brief freezes (a few seconds) under almost no load 3. Random cpu spikes, again with almost no load or programs opening 4. and most importantly a program in my app history than only leaves a temp file being _i
