I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 laptop with the Microsoft keyboard that comes with a touchpad.When I open File Explorer, in the left side pane is a directory tree. When I scroll up or down using two fingers on the touch pad, the scrolling motion will continue even after I stop moving my fingers.I believe this is called "inertial scrolling." It might also be called "flick scrolling."I want to turn this off so that the movement correlates to when my fingers are moving on the touchpad, with no additional flicking or inertial movement after I remove my fingers.How do I turn off inertial scrolling
