How do I get sound to come out of my laptop speakers?

I have a laptop running on windows 11 , for some reason I can only get sound through a headset, cannot get sound to work out of the laptop speakers, I have tried to go to the device manager and uninstall the driver , but it looks like there is no longer any audio devices installed the only thing that comes up is my headset , what do I do to get sound coming out of my computers speakers again if some how the entire system got deleted?
