Network adapter and driver won’t reinstall

My network adapter was being weird and kept disconnecting my WiFi. So I clicked uninstall and attempt to uninstall diver and can’t get it back now. Searching for Hardware changes doesn’t work either.And I can’t manually reinstall the driver cause it doesn’t show up in the list. Please help me
