So I deactivated my admin account and I can't reactivate it through powershell, CMD, advanced settings then CMD, and I can't download the USB bootable. PS windows 11 home

So, I have my main account and it isn't the admin so I thought that if I deactivate the admin account it would get rid of it and promote my main account which is a normal user, and I don't use the admin because it was an old email. when I realized that I can't do a lot of things with it unactive and it messed my things up. So I tried method one of using CMD when logged into my user not admin account to try to reactivate that was access denied. Tried Powershell and it was access denied. I tried holding shift while restarting but advanced settings wasn't an option so I couldn't go into that CMD
