My computer won't let me open Xbox because of Parental controls.

So this has been a ongoing issue for a while, I was opening up Xbox on my computer, and then it said that I have parental controls which shouldn't be the case as I have it disabled. Now I am a child, but my parents got rid of it. So after I would open it up it would tell me I need to sign in then it would bring me to enter my email address. Now the thing is it won't let me as it says, This email does not exist and even when I try making a new one it says its already in use because before I deleted the account I saved the account on my PC and it won't let me remove it even though I have no data
