Windows 11 Posted February 8 Posted February 8 My wife is traveling in the Far East. We've been keeping in touch via Skype and Comcast email. Now suddenly she can't access her Xfinity email or her Microsoft account. Both say she has tried too many bad passwords and now access is frozen. There must be some way to talk with someone in Microsoft Security who can help us untangle this mess. Who can reset her password and maybe set up a two-step verification process to prevent future hacking. PLEASE!
