I am unable to install ultra viewer in my windows 11 pc. The installer is getting stuck and I need to force close it every time I tried to install. Can anyone help on this

I have checked the event logs this is the error I am getting Error 08-02-2025 15:09:01 Application Hang 1002 Hanging EventsThe program UltraViewer_setup_6.6.113_en.tmp version 51.1052.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
