Windows wont start

My laptop wont start there is probably problem with booting before that I was doing some things with comands to help my disk because Windows update was making 100% usage of my disk and the PC was unusable first comands I did were this net stop wuauserv net stop cryptsvc net stop bits net stop msiserver “ after that i did this two - del /s /q /f C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\* and this one - del /s /q /f C:\Windows\System32\catroot2\* I think the second one delet catroot2 is making the probem any tips or Guinessovej how to fix ?
