How do I stop a game from stealing focus?

I multitask often while waiting for a in between matches in an online game, and I usually wait for sound cues in other games to let me know when a match starts. Marvel Rivals steals focus when a match is found, and when the match results are shown, after multiple animations after the actual game finishes. I don't mind the match found alert, but I get annoyed when the results steal focus too, especially since I don't need to do anything there unless I want to start another match. The game doesn't have any options to disable this feature. Is there any way I can make it so that when I switch wind
