2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 (KB5050094) Drag and Drop Issue

This update completed on 2/1/2025 for my windows 11 x64 system and since then drag and drop has stopped working inside some installed apps.This hasn't affected Windows based apps, but for ones like iTunes and Nero I can no longer drag music files into other folders/compilations/playlists within those programs.My best guess is it's a security issue, but I have checked the .exe for each program and it shows Full Control from my username and for Admin mode.
