How do I fix my computer constantly blue screening no matter what?

This started about a week ago. It was random clusters of blue screens but I didn't pay it much mind, but then I download a windows update and it blue screens. I tried everything from startup repair to reinstalling windows completely, but it just blue screens no matter what and the stop code says ERROR: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I even updated my BIOS and tried to boot into safe mode to no avail. Also when I tried to system restore it wouldn't work.
