google chrome performance problem

Google Chrome is accessing a corporate link ( EnQualify Verification Platform - only works on google chrome) that we are using . However, at uncertain times, this link we access freezes and we have to close Google Chrome from the task manager. Logs taken from computers that have problems at uncertain times have been examined. As a result of the examinations, no other parallel network requests were observed. No coding problem was observed afterwards. Our Google Chrome version is up to date.
