This Lenovo Ideapad will not boot Windows cause HDD has a input - output problem , what tools or software I can use to have it create a new Partition again?

I tried almost everything from changing settings in Bios to Using many different Partition - Format recovery tools and tried commands in Linux Terminals to Windows and even Power Tools,. Maybe someone knows a better command to use or try To get past the reading it and get it mounted? My friend some how had 7 corrupted partitions with no mbr or GPT . All iis unkown even the file systemd has no format. Sometimes I can get Hard drive to show up on Linux Disk or Gparted but has Input output error trying to do anything.
