There was a problem resetting your pc, no changes were made

about a week ago, I restarted my pc to try and fix some lag, but when it came back on, the wifi was disconnected and audio wouldn’t work. I’ve run a few commands and there is corrupt files but it won’t show what I need to replace, nor will it let me factory reset my pc, I’ve tried just about everything I can, and nothing seems to fix it. There is two updates I can see that I’ve tried to download, but won’t install either. I’m not sure what to do
