How to fix a kernel power error 41+Bugcheck 159?

Hi!My Dell Precision 3551 laptop has run into some issues. It turns off/restarts frequently at random times and when it turns on again it tries to update the latest 2025-01 windows update and then says there was a problem and automatically goes back to the previous windows version (10.0.26100 version 26100).I have tried with a factory restart of windows (using the option to keep some files on the computer) without effect. Is it possible to determine if there is a hardware problem or a software problem? My gut tells me it is a hardware problem but the fact that I cannot update the latest window
