I upgrade to windows 11 & now the "headline" feature of printshop 23 does not work.

once i go into headline & start scrolling through the fonts, the mouse starts spinning & the program closes. broderbund has been useless in helping. the issue started when I upgraded to windows 11, broderbund said I need the updated version of printshop 23 so I bought it & the problem remains. anyone had this problem?
