My computer hard crashes and makes a buzzing sound until I long press power button, what do I do?

Hello, I cleaned out my PC after taking these components out, RAM, the GPU and Fans. After re-slotting everything, I've experienced hard crashes since doing so. I've taken the opportunity to re-slot everything, and it still happens occasionally. I spend about 9 hours a day gaming and spending time on YouTube, my computer will crash 1-2 times in this time, and the screen will freeze, and any noise currently playing will be stuck making a loud buzzing noise.
