Laptop frequently crashing or showing BSOD IRQL, Hypervisor, and Memory Management

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 16IRX9 Laptop and recently started randomly giving me the BSOD or just straight up freezing forcing me to shut it down.I’ve tried - installing the most recent Windows and Lenovo drivers,- Running the SFC scans and DISM commands - Running the Memory Diagnostics tool- And performing a complete factory reset on my laptopafter all this the BSOD persists and the scans/tools say my system is clean or shows no problems, i have not used MemTest86 as i dont have a USB to boot it off of as of nowHere’s a link to my dump fileshttps://mega.nz/folder/gbIgVTYB#i9BRDZIvbnxftYFgYCaghg
