Windows 11 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Sometime between 01/11/2025 and 01/22/2025, something in Windows 11 broke and limits my internet/network speeds through my Ethernet card(s). As you can see from the attached speed-test history, normal historical throughput was measured at average 630 Mbps (consistent with my ISP’s service plan) before Jan-11-2025. Then on 01/22/205 I tested my speeds and they consistently well below previous results, recorded at average 110 Mbps.
