我要下载一款“OpenFrp”的软件，但每次在官方网站将该软件下载到电脑的文件夹中时，Win11的系统会自动删除该软件，并且提示有病毒。该软件为完全自主知识产权软件，已获得注册登记。登记号: 2024SR0589290，我想知道为什么已注册登记的软件会出现提示“有病毒”的情况，而且我想知道我该如何在下载后保留这个软件并且启动它？
