I dont know what happened this happend randomly when i turn on my laptop it says preparing windows then when I checked my files all my files are still here but the app it self is gone

This laptop is windows 11 and it's almost 6 years I only use this for education purposes only, I didn't click any links when im not familiar yesterday everything is going well then when i open it in the next day it says PREPARING WINDOWS I thought it was nothing but when my I checked it everything is gone except for the files, I tried to shut it down and restart it doesnt work is there a way I could retrieve my application I have still have my important files especially on MICROSOFT WORD
