Zoo tycoon does it cause Win 11 to freeze entirely, then cannot use ctrl alt delete?

So i missed playing Zoo tycoon ultimate edition. used to have it on Xbox one but my console broke down. Just got it from steam, sometimes it would just freeze and i had to quit and restart the game. My cpu is windows 11, is a gaming one. but today i just played for a few mins, as the challenge passed suddenly total freeze :( , i pressed the windows key, then ctrl alt delete but no response. So i had to long press power button, hard reboot. Seemed to be ok, then i got a popup system has error need to restart. took quite some time to come back to normal desktop- I've nvidia graphics so i update
