Ibis paint notification "the operation attempted to access data outside the valid range"

I downloaded ibis paint on microsoft store, but actually, i can't open and use app. It's showed desktop notification :"the operation attempted to access data outside the valid range". Then i read a post on microsoft about the same problem with me, i followed the guidance of microsoft IT staff, but nothing occured on my pc, i deleted cache of microsoft store,... and something else. Then my ibis was nothing happend. What should i solve the problem, please give me a solution
