I wanted to log in my minecraft account and it says the email has changed

I did not gave my password or email to someone, but i cant log into Minecraft because the email has changed and i did not get a 2 step verification for it, so now my account is gone i do have a screenshot of when i purchased it so i hope you guys can give it back to me since its not my fault. i already emailed mojang but they said they couldnt do anything since its now from microsoft, i really hope you guys can do something please contact me back
