I get frequent STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION and need help. (Occasionally I get bluescreens too IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

Currently I'm experiencing STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION and STATUS_BREAKPOINT errors on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge) as well as occasional blue screens ( SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) on Windows 11.I don't know if this matters but I also tested with Ubuntu on a separate drive I much less freqently still occasionally get SIGSEGV errors on Chrome there.Things I have done so far1) Disabled Hardware Acceleration2)Ran FurMark (GPU Stress Test) no crashes3)Ran Prime95 (CPU Stress Test) no crashes4)Ran MemTest86+ for RAM no errors after 8 passes5)Ran chkdsk and fsck.
