Windows 11 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I’ve been struggling with this issue for a few days and even after doing a factory reset the issue still persists. I am unable to turn off the laptop normally and need to do a hard shutdown to get it to turn off. When attempting to update my drivers it says that are all up to date on windows. All the rest of my devices are working with the internet flawlessly. Please help!View the full article Quote
