Can't install 2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.81 (KB5050577)

For days now I've not been able to install this update specifically, windows keeps showing me I need to install an important security update but it simply won't let me and gives me the download error 0x80070002.I attempted several things, even went as far as trying to reinstall my windows completely wich, lo and behold tells me:"A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now."I just continue having issues with windows 11, it's honestly a hassle to get anything done
