Windows 11 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 My Client's laptop did an update. Afterwords it came up and said they need to create a new pin.Logged in with their account ending in @icloud.com. But....I miss-spelled icloud, making it iclould. (Extra L before the D)So it wants to send a code to that email (which doesn't exist).Thought of creating an alias, but the domain part can't be different that what your server hosts.There's NO option to re-enter your microsoft ID!I can't get in to windows.Bitlocker is enabled so I can't get around that without entering my recovery key.Tried to recover the recovery ID, but...Can't recover the key.
