Windows 11 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 recently, my acer predator helios neo 16, the rtx 4060 version, has been having issues with randomly freezing. basically, what will happen, is when it freezes, the screen stays on, the fans are on, the lights on everything are on. but ZERO input to everything else. only the power button to hard reset it, works. this happens around 4 times or more every day.
