Why is it that every time I search for the answer to questions like "How do I do a task in Windows 11 that I used to do all the time in previous versions?", the answer is usually "You can't"?

It's looking more and more like I have to revert. I hate that word, especially when I spent over $3,000 on a new computer to replace one that I've been using for over a decade that died on me. I've already spent the $99 to "upgrade" to Windows 11 Pro, but I mainly did that so I can start building Windows 10, and maybe Windows 7 virtual machines.Maybe I should just upgrade to Linux and be done with it....
