How can I permanently disable windows defender FOREVER(not temporarily and should not start again after a windows update)???

I know, many people asked this. But I don't need any link to another question that might be "similar", any recommendations or any argument why this is a "bad idea". I don't need any advice for troubleshooting, windows update, BECAUSE my only problem is the WINDOWS DEFENDER.As you've read the bold text above, you should know that I don't want windows defender anymore.
