I know all that. I have done all that, many times. I have deleted and reinstalled the "known network" entry for this iPhone. -- Some posts in MS support say metering is "On" by default. Though I have it toggled "OFF" for all known networks, the Settings header still identifies my Wi-Fi as "Wi-Fi / ... metered network" The Dell / Win11 connection to my Hotspot can be made, sometimes, but it disconnects spontaneously when no user iView the full article Quote
