Is it possible to somehow return the OEM license key for Windows 11 Pro if it was activated on a laptop that the service center found unrepairable?

Hey, Guys!Can somebody help me with my question?After my laptop was taken to the service center 4 or 5 times, the service center declared it unrepairable. But I separately bought the Windows 11 Pro OEM license and it was activated on it. How can I get my license back if I didn't even use it normally since the laptop spent most of its time in the service center?There must be some solution. Who should I contact?
