My PC has recently run into some CPU cooling problems. While I wait to take my PC anywhere for new thermal paste, I've been trying to do some software fixes. I try and "edit my power plan" to reduce the maximum processor rate (80%) and lowering the minimum (down to 5%) and it is no help whatsoever. Briefly, the plan will be equipped, but then give me an error whenever I restart my pc or turn it back on. It will say something along the lines of "no power plans are available" when I have an entire list, it just refuses to use one.https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmanager/power-plan-inform
