On my 22H2 system notebook, I use the built-in Chinese input method, and I can switch between Chinese and English using the Shift key. I've never encountered any bugs with this feature. However, my new computer doesn't allow me to switch languages using Shift; I can only use Ctrl + Space. I checked the input method's shortcut settings, and they seem correct.
