Description:I am experiencing an issue where my application does not work on Windows 11 Out of the Box (OOTB). When launched, the application starts but only displays a black screen. However, the same application works perfectly on Windows 10 and also on Windows 11 devices upgraded from Windows 10.Findings:✅ Works on:Windows 10Windows 11 (Upgraded from Windows 10)❌ Fails on:Windows 11 fresh installs (OOTB)Steps to Reproduce:Install the application on a fresh Windows 11 device.Launch the application.Observe that only a black screen is shown.Download Link for Testing:You can test the issue using
