A few months ago, I upgraded to Windows 24H2 and encountered a graphical issue where secondary applications (such as Chrome, Discord, and other non-game software) displayed rendering lag or improper screen updates. However, games running at the same time were unaffected. After troubleshooting extensively, I found no solution and decided to revert to Windows 23H2, where everything worked perfectly without any issues.
