Anyone know what could be causing videos (Youtube, Netflix, Media player, etc) to play, but then buffer or start to lag.

Hey everybody!I have Windows 11 and this is a recent issue. Trying to watch Youtube or Netflix and the videos start off normal, but then buffer. If they continue to play at all it's laggy and a lot of the times my sound goes out. With Media Player the sound always goes out and I have to close the clip and re open it. I've cleared my cache, restarted my pc and checked my wifi. I appreciate any help I can get! <3
