Pc will not send signal to monitor

[Windows 11]

So last night i was playing games om my pc (stationary, 5700x, 3070ti, 32gb ram, etc). then i shut it down to get som food and when i got back it would not send signal to the monitor. All the fans and the gpu light turn on. I cannot het in to bios or enything. In have tried new monitor. New cable, new gpu. Other gpu slot. Reseating ram and gpu. What do i do?
