Do you want to allow app to make Changes to your device. User Account Control keeps popping up with ONLY the no option. Cant install anything on son's laptop.

I've tried all the solutions I could find on the community page with no luck. This same pop up from User Account Control returns every time on my son's new laptop.. I've removed all restrictions that I can find. Removed him from our Microsoft family account, changed his age to 24 and turned off all internet restrictions, incase that's what it was. All the solutions just lead to another pop up with only NO as an option. So far they are from Overwolf, Steam, User Account Control Settings, and Advanced User Accounts Control Panel.. Please help.
