Recovery.wim and image no longer linked in bios how do I fix? What did I do?

How do I link the recovery image that came with the computer as I thought what I was originally doing was just that recovering it but ended up installing a fresh load and it's not linked anymore like it was in bios to go recover my PC. How do I relink that image on the recovery drive? I ended up messing it up some how. Thank you
