PC bluescreens because ram but when i run test on ram its says ram is ok (sorry because of my bad english)

I have hp z book g3 15 with i7 6820hq NVIDIA quadro m1000m 2gb VRAM and 16 GB ddr4 running at 2133mhz rams. Why am I suspecting to the ram because it freezes what OS it is, and blue screen codes are showing ram is bad but when I run memtestx86 or windows memory diagnose it says 2 of the ram is ok. it gave me 2 blue screens one of them dumped with success but the other one kernel froze. On Linux before this when the ram errors didn't exist there is no freezing or crashing but when errors begin it freezing so bad that system had to restart, but I can't locate where is the issue is
