윈도우11 그램17 사용하고있는 사람입니다.현재 아무런 업데이트를 하지 않았는데도 로그인을 한 뒤에 화면이 블랙스크린이됩니다. Crt+alt+del 사용하여 설정에 들어가보았는데도 아무 도움이 안됩니다.중요한 자료가 많아 노트북을 리셋하지는 못합니다.
