How to transfer files, e.g. emails and favourite websites from old hard drive to new SSD drive

Hi,I have bought a new Windows 11 PC with a new SSD drive and they are going to install the hard drive from my old Windows 10 PC as a second drive. Whilst I am able to move the likes of Word and Excel documents from the old drive to the new drive, how do I move all of my old emails and web favourites from old to new please?
